Merchandise Value and Liabilities

• The company reserves the right not to deliver orders with incomplete shipping address
• The company shall be fully liable for the amount paid by the buyer should there are any losses or damages arising out of delivery
• The company reserves the right to withhold any delivery charges if the merchandises are rejected at delivery. Delivery must be accepted or rejected as a whole (all items), not by item.

Delivery Fee

• Items that deliver around Phnom Penh are free of charge if your purchase orders are worth over USD 50.
• Items that deliver to Siem Reap/ Sihanouk city Ville are free of charge if your purchase orders are worth over USD 100.
• If your purchase orders are worth below USD 50 (Phnom Penh) or below USD100 (Siem Reap/ Sihanouk Ville), the delivery will be charged. Please check the table below for the delivery fees.
